Fondue & Wine Tasting Experience

Bishop Estate is thrilled to introduce a one-of-its-kind experience at Bishops: Fondue & Wine Tasting!

Fry’s Catering will be preparing four indulgent fondue selections, each served with perfectly paired dippers in individual tasting cups and thoughtfully matched with wines from Bishop Estate Vineyard & Winery. The tasting begins with a Beer & Cheese Fondue, followed by two specialty savory fondues, and concludes with a decadent chocolate dessert fondue served with fresh fruit dippers.

Each fondue course will be served separately, allowing you to sip, savor, and enjoy every pairing while the fondue is perfectly warm. The tasting will take place in our Coop area.

There are four time slots to choose from (12 pm to 3 pm), and we kindly ask that guests arrive promptly at the top of the hour to ensure the best experience.

After your tasting, stay and enjoy all that Bishop Estate has to offer—grab a bite from our food truck, relax to live music, enjoy a glass of wine or a beer from our local breweries, explore our historic bank barn, Coop, Stable, and Milk House Gift Shop, or stroll the vineyard and scenic grounds filled with photo-worthy moments.
