Who's been to Folly Beach, South Carolina?I haven't, but I'm excited to go for the first time this March for our More Adventures Immersion Retreat!
What is an Immersion?
It's a chance to spend a long weekend in a beautiful house with me and a small group of people, where we work on fitness, wellness, somatic experiencing techniques, breathing, mobility, and more!
We bring in a private chef for some fantastic meals and have a ton of fun!!
These are always so special with exceptional humans, and everyone leaves as great friends.
