Folk Rock at the Vineyard

🎸 Folk rock is a vibrant musical genre that blends the lyrical, acoustic, and storytelling traditions of folk music with the driving rhythms and amplified instrumentation of rock. Originating in the mid-1960s, the style is defined by tight vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar strumming, and introspective or socially conscious lyrics. A dozen invited musicians will entertain you at this Folk Rock themed Music Variety Show at Scotch Church Road Vineyard in Hillsboro. Music starts at 1:30pm, Sat. July 25 and there is no cover charge (FREE).
🍺🍷 Some of the very best Oregon wines are available for purchase from the Vineyard, along with beer and soft drinks. The vineyard has only limited snacks for sale, so you may bring your own picnic, but NOT alcohol.
🪑 There is plenty of seating under the marquee, in the shade of the oak tree, and inside the barn.
