WE MEET IN THE HALL*
International folk/circle dance class led by Janet Ayers for fun and fitness.
Beginners welcome.
This easy dance class will get you moving! We dance in a circle holding hands to lovely folk tunes from around the world. It will improve your balance, core strength and it will lift your spirits! Bring soft/dance shoes or trainers.
£8 cash on the door (or pay direct in advance)
Includes tea, coffee & posh biscuits
