folk club @ temperance | monthly performers night

This month, we invited local folk supergroup WLDFLWRS to curate the folk night. Andi Wolf will introduce individual sets from Wes Finch (picture by Andrew Lock), Jono Wright, Katherine Abbott and Jack Blackan. Followed by an all-starl folk jam from WLDFLWRS. All talented local musicians and very entertaining too. We can't wait for you to hear them play.

We are not like any other folk club. Each month (second Thursday), we now have six local musicians playing short four song sets of original, contemporary music to an appreciative crowd. Not too many beards and sandals. Beards are just about OK.

It is as much about networking between musicians as it is about an opportunity to play new songs to a new audience. On a great sound system. As ever, a mix of up and coming musicians and those who are more established. Mainly original music with the odd cover. Always brilliant evenings. Live-streamed if you can't make it but always better in person!
