An immersive Indian folk art workshop experience that spans two hours, the focus will be on introducing participants to the vibrant world of Indian folk art. This workshop is designed to be more than just an art class; it`s an experience that immerses participants in the culture, stories, and techniques behind the art, making it a unique and memorable encounter. 1) Welcome and Introduction (10 minutes) - We`ll welcome the participants and introducing them to Indian folk art. A brief history of the chosen art form, its significance, and its geographical roots. 2) Familiarise yourself with the tools (10 minutes) - A live demonstration of the unique techniques, tools, and materials used. 3) Hands-on Art Creation (100 minutes) Participants start working on their own pieces, applying the techniques in tandem with the artist. We provide all necessary materials like canvas, colors, brushes, or tools, depending on the art form. This workshop transcends a typical art class by deeply immersing participants in the cultural, historical, and spiritual facets of Indian folk art. It`s not just about learning to paint or draw in a certain style; it`s about connecting with a rich cultural heritage and experiencing the joy of creation in a communal setting.
