Celebrate Folding Rock ‘s folklore-themed fourth issue, Telling Tales, at The Pontio in Bangor (and join us for an exclusive afterparty too)
About this Event

Join us to celebrate the launch of Folding Rock's folklore themed magazine issue. Hosted by co-editors Rob Harries and Kathryn Tann, we'll be joined by contributors Jade Bradford, Martha Bowen, Rosy Adams, and Issue 004 guest artist Abby Poulson - for readings and insight into the making of our latest issue of Folding Rock Magazine.

As well as amazing words, there will be drinks and bookish friends aplenty, as well as copies of all issues for sale.

Tickets are FREE.

Open Mic Afterparty hosted by Versify @ Bluesky Bangor 7.45pm till 9.45pm

If you feel inspired by our launch to share your own writing then now's your chance - at a special Folding Rock edition of Versify at the Bluesky Cafe, Bangor. This is open to anyone and there's no need to book.

Accessibility:

Pontio is a wheelchair accessible venue.

Accessible toilets are available on levels 0, 1, 3 and 5 of the building and are signposted. There is a designated priority lift to access every level in the building.

There are 11 designated accessible parking spaces; parking is free for blue badge holders within these spaces. To access the car park, turn up Glanrafon Road which is adjacent to Pontio and the car park is on the left.
