A recognized voice in financial services, Becky Summers brought more than thirty years of industry leadership to Raddon when she joined in 2017. Across her career with a multi-state Midwest credit union, she advanced through a succession of roles—from leading service center operations to serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Sales and Marketing—consistently shaping strategies that put member needs first. In the three years immediately before Raddon, she served as President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House® of Michiana. She holds a BS in Marketing, Management, and Insurance from Indiana State University.

Today, as the leader of Raddon’s thought leadership and strategic guidance team, Becky is focused on how financial institutions turn data into growth. She pairs decades of financial services insight with advanced analytics to reveal the opportunities that enrich consumers’ lives, championing a forward-looking view of what data can make possible.
