Come back to the basics with Judy Redding during the month of October in our weekly Focused Flow class at RISE, as she takes a closer look at how to find the most optimal expression of postures for your body with the support of props and skillful alignment. This is a great series for beginners and seasoned yogis alike to return to the fundamentals of your asana practice. Join us every Tuesday evening at 5:30 for this 5-week class series starting October 1.
We welcome you to come to one or two of these classes or all 5! Attendance in all 5 classes in the series is not required for participation.
