Are you an adult living with ADHD, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to stay focused?You’re not alone. Focus Forward: ADHD Support Group is a welcoming and supportive community designed to help you move beyond challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve your goals.
At Focus Forward, we believe that managing ADHD is not about perfection but progress. Our group offers a safe space to share experiences, gain practical tools, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Led by experienced facilitators, each session focuses on strategies to manage time, improve relationships, regulate emotions, and enhance daily productivity.
Whether you’ve been diagnosed for years or are newly navigating life with ADHD, Focus Forward offers the guidance, support, and community you need to take meaningful steps forward.
What to Expect:
Ongoing Intake and Session Structure: Focus Forward offers ongoing intake, meaning new members are welcome to join at any time throughout the group’s duration, providing flexibility for busy schedules and immediate access to support. The group runs from October to June, and enrollment is available as long as there are enough participants.
Weekly group sessions (60–90 minutes)
4 sessions per month (weekly), with a different theme or focus each month.
Each month covers practical topics such as:
- Time Management and Productivity
- Emotional Regulation and Self-Care
- ADHD in Relationships
- Building Routines and Consistency
- and much much more…
This rotating schedule allows you to dive into new tools and strategies each month, while the ongoing nature of the group offers continuity and growth over time.
Fee Structure:
- Option 1: Monthly Membership: $200 each month (4 weekly sessions/month)
Ideal for those seeking consistent support and ongoing learning.
Provides a cost-effective way to engage regularly and build skills over time.
- Option 2: Drop-in Fee: $70 per session for flexible attendance.
Perfect for those who may not be ready to commit monthly or who need occasional support.
A Pre-group Consultation is required to ensure this is the right group for you.
