At Colchester Wado Ryu Karate, we do not rush students or push them beyond where they are ready to be. Instead, we provide a structured, supportive environment where individuals can develop at their own pace, both physically and mentally.
This session offers a gentle introduction to karate and to the dojo itself. Participants will be guided through simple, age-appropriate movements, basic stances, and foundational techniques, with an emphasis on concentration, control, and self-belief.
No prior experience is needed.
