Focaccia Frenzy: A Focaccia-Making Experience

Let Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker take you on a focaccia journey from dough to finish during this experience. Participants will learn about each stage of making the very focaccia Katie does every week for our Blake's BLT including preparing the dough, proofing the bread and baking it. At the end, everyone will receive their own complete loaf they can dip in choice of pesto or olive oil and balsamic and taste, with plenty remaining to take home and share. Select which toppings you'd like when you check out (sundried tomato, caramelized onion or garlic and parmesan).
