What to expect:
~50 minutes of guided pelvic floor–focused strength and stability work using the foam roller
~50 minutes of full-body self-myofascial release (SMR) to melt tension and improve mobility
Brief intro + Q&A and transition time
Who it’s for:
All levels welcome. If you want better core support, improved posture, and less muscle tightness, this is for you.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing. If choosing the $25 option, bring a standard full-length foam roller.
