NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - FNQ RUGBY INC
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of FNQ Rugby Inc will be held on:
Date: Wednesday, 2nd December 2026
Time: 6:30 PM
Location: Cairns RSL Club – Rona Room
In accordance with the FNQ Rugby Inc Constitution, nominations are officially called for the following positions:
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary (Casual vacancy election)
General Committee Members (2 positions)
Nomination forms can be requested via email from [email protected]
Completed nomination forms must be returned to [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, 30th November 2026.
All members are encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the future of rugby in the region.
