Entry- $5. All players will receive prize packs for attending.
**Booster Packs will be given to top finishers only; we will not be giving a booster pack to each player that plays in the locals**.

Since this is a sanctioned tournament, proxy cards will not be permitted. If proxys are discovered in any decks during this tournament, appropriate player penalties will incur.
