This event is designed to help you decompress and connect through a blend of movement and community. Whether you're a yoga pro or just here for the puppies, it’s the perfect way to close out the first month of the year.

• Puppy Yoga: Flow through a relaxing session while adorable (and adoptable!) pups roam the mats.
• Mocktail Tasting: Sip on signature non-alcoholic seltzers—all the flavor, none of the buzz.
• Shop for a Cause: Browse exclusive merch and curated gifts, with proceeds going directly to the rescue.
