Empower the next generation of leaders at our full day FLY Conference designed specifically for teens who want to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a real impact in their communities.Throughout the day, participants will:
Hear from inspiring community speakers who share real‑world leadership experiences
Take part in interactive leadership games and activities that build teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Explore local volunteer and leadership opportunities and learn how to get involved in community initiatives
By the end of the conference, teens will have:
Connected with community agencies and like‑minded peers
Gained the confidence and motivation to take an active role in their community
Built practical leadership skills they can use at school, at home, and beyond
