Our Aerial Yoga classes at OmTheWay Studio offer the perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Using suspended silk hammocks, you`ll learn to move, stretch, and engage with yoga postures in an entirely new way, with the added benefit of support and gentle inversion.

Whether you`re working to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply looking for a fun challenge, this aerial yoga workshop provides a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Enjoy a playful and fun atmosphere in every Fundamentals class. Class ends with Savasana suspended in the silks 

Spend a good 90 minutes with our Aerial Coach Swati Soni, 10+ Dynamic Movements, 6 segments and a beautiful 15 minutes of de-stressing aerial meditation
