This workshop is open to young ladies ages 15 and older, and absolutely no dance experience is required! Whether you love to dance or have never stepped into a fitness class, this day is for you. If you’re wondering, “Is this really for me?”—the answer is YES!
Get Up & Dance Fitness and Praise in Motion are excited to bring a unique experience of movement, worship, encouragement, and connection to our community. We believe you’ll leave feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to soar.
