Fly Dance Fitness® Classes-September 3, 10, 17, 24, 2025--4-Weeks for $40

Fly Dance Fitness® is a down right booty shakin' dance fitness workout! Each class incorporates fun, funky, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves. This format combines cardiovascular exercise, agility and memory retention. One new routine will be taught step by step in each class. No dance experience needed. Wear tennis shoes.

This registration includes 4-weeks of class (September 3, 10, 17, 24, 2025)--class is 6:30-7:30pm (doors open 6:10pm). Purchase one ticket (listed under the September 3rd date) and you will be registered for all 4 weeks. The 4-week September pass is $40 and is a great deal at just about $10 per class! Must register online in advance. Sales will close once all spots have been claimed.

Taught by the ONLY Certified Fly Dance Instructor in Maryland, Tina is a wife, mom, Senior Associate of Finance/Owner of her family owned business. Tina's passion for instructing group fitness began in 2011. Tina has always loved motivating her participants to challenge themselves, step out of their comfort zones, and just have FUN!! Tina has excelled her fitness training with running Spartan Races. She is currently certified in Fly Dance Fitness, Les Mills BodyPump, BodyJam, and Barre Intensity.

In the event of instructor illness, a substitute instructor will be provided to the best of our ability.

Release of Liability

By making a purchase, this Release of Liability is hereby agreed to by all Participant/Registrants herein referred to as Releaser, to the Town of Bel Air, Maryland, herein referred to as Releasee.

Releaser shall indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee and its officials, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, settlements, losses, costs or charges (including attorneys fees) incurred by the Town of Bel Air and/or any of its officials, employees or agents as a result of any claims, demands, damages, debts, costs, loss of services, expenses, compensation and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by reason or action, or suit relating to any bodily injury (including death), or loss of property arising out of, related to, or associated with the following events: Fly Dance Fitness at the Bel Air Armory.

The Releaser shall indemnify and defend Releasee against, and hold Releasee harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, in connection with any and all injuries to or deaths of persons, or damage to property, suffered by Releasee or its officials, employees or invitees, or any other person or entity, arising out of participation in the aforementioned events, facilities, and/or arising out of the exercise of use, passive or active, on Town property.

Releaser, its agents, employee or invitees, indemnifies the Releasee for damage or injury caused by any negligent act or omission of Releaser, its agents, employees or invitees, except caused by any negligent act or omission of Releasee, its officials, employees or invitees.

Releaser further states that he/she has carefully read the foregoing release and knows the contents thereof and agrees to this release as his/her own free act.
