Fly Dance Fitness Pop-Up at East Nashville Beer Works Wilson County

Fly Dance Fitness Mt. Juliet is bringing the party to East Nashville Beer Works – Wilson County.

This pop-up will feature a Throw Down 101 class, where we’ll break down the choreography for each song before turning up the music and dancing it out together. Expect mostly hip hop routines, big energy, and a full hour of movement. No dance experience required — just show up ready to have fun.

After class, stick around for community vibes. The brewery will be opening shortly after our workout, so grab brunch, a drink, or an appetizer and hang out with your new Fly Besties.
