Week 4 is Calm Camp, where youth ages 12–15 will explore mindfulness, meditation, Zen practices, nature walks, wellness, and self-care, building the inner tools to navigate life with balance and intention.
This is just one of eight weeks of hands-on learning, creativity, skill-building, wellness, and community engagement, all completely FREE.
Field trips every Friday, plus a celebratory Seabreeze trip to close out the summer!
