Through the methodology of Resonant Body®, we will explore writing as a bodily practice. Through somatic exercises and improvisation — including the conscious use of multilingualism — we will activate and rediscover writing through the body: breath, rhythm, vocal articulation, listening, and the sonic qualities of language. We will work with dialogue, the absurd, and the poetic as forms of composition and discovery.
Open to artist, researches, improvisers, dancers, performers, actors and people interested in somatic work, writing and improvisation
