This one-off contemporary class explores the idea of flow and the sensation of never fully coming to a stop. Together, we’ll focus on continuous movement, allowing each action to naturally evolve into the next, creating a strong sense of connection throughout the body.
The class invites you to experience movement as fluid and alive, encouraging a constant stream of motion where the body shifts, adapts and transforms. We’ll explore how movement can feel uninterrupted and organic, embracing the idea of always becoming something new.
Open to dancers interested in developing fluidity, awareness and connection in their practice.
