This is FlowState 5Rhythms' monthly daytime class in Jamaica Plain, at JP Centre Yoga's beautiful studio.
Each class is an invitation to deepen presence, express with freedom and spontaneity, and reach states of transcendence and union by dancing the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - essential patterns and energy forms that provide their own medicine and teachings, all accessible through your spontaneous expression in motion. Your dance practice is guided by both a lovingly curated wave of music and orienting teaching from Joel.
All are welcome. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
Please no fragrances, scented detergents, or dryer wipes, due to sensitivities and allergies.
