Join Sierra, JourneyDance™ Facilitator, in the merging of movement and horses. Get out of your mind and drop into your body. Grounding, senses awakened, self expression, freedom, and release are the gifts waiting to be discovered.
The dance with horses
calls for present moment awareness to be with the sentient teachers. To listen, allow, and receive. There will be guided and free movement.
No dance or horse experience is required. Wear closed toe shoes that are comfortable to move in. Clothing that allows for movement and outdoor climate. It will take place under our covered arena.
Bring water, a journal, and willingness to be your authentic self.
