Start your Sunday with gentle movement, mindfulness, and a room full of blossoms. Flowing with the Flowers is a gentle flow yoga sequence designed for everybody. Through guided visualization, we will focus on grounding ourselves in the present moment, improving strength and flexibility, and allowing ourselves to bloom into our best selves.
This one-of-a-kind workshop takes place inside BMCA’s dance studio, which will be spectacularly transformed and bursting with blooms for the annual Art in Bloom fundraiser. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to stop and smell the roses literally!

About the Instructor:
Michelle Migyanka has been teaching yoga since 2019. She passionately believes that incorporating the beauty of nature into our practice can bring a profound sense of peace, balance, and rejuvenation to both mind and body.
Please Remember to Bring:
- A Yoga Mat
- A Water Bottle
- Any props you will use
Please Wear:
- Comfortable clothing that allows you a full range of motion
- Warm layers: the studio will be cold to keep the flowers fresh. Dress Accordingly!
