Whether you've already set your intentions for the new year or looking for guidance, this event is perfect for everyone. Our art-therapist led vision board will be facilitated by Pierra D. Brown, a Chicago-based artist and registered Art Therapist with 5+ years of clinical and non-clinical therapeutic work experience providing for adults, adolescents, and pediatrics. Pierra led many virtual workshops during the pandemic and hosts in-person events throughout the city! She will provide all art materials for our workshop!

Samantha Tado is one of Chicago's most renowned trainers, specializing in mobility, strength and conditioning. Samantha has been training clients for over 3 years along with teaching yoga since april 2024, making health and wellness her number one priority for herself and those around her. Through being a Lululemon Chicago ambassador, she spreads a sense of community, helping those around her have a space to support one another on their life long journey of growth, health and happiness. Samantha will talk about the importance of moving our bodies through her personal brand, Movement Medicine Collective! She'll also surprise & delight us with some swag!

Tierra Russell - A deeply creative being, infusing creativity into everything she does. She is a Talent Acquisition Professional, currently pursuing the Project Management Professional certification to leverage her pivot into Creative Project Management. She thrives on making unique and impactful contributions to her work.

Camille Smith - As a writer and creator focused on mindful living, Camille shares tips, advice, musings, and anecdotes from her own life that encourage individuals to love themselves more in spite of adversity. Combining beautiful imagery and thoughtful words, Camille bridges the gap between wellness and poetic expression to touch individuals and create a thoughtful community online.

Jasmin Graham - Founder of Spiritchill Wellness and a certified yoga instructor, serving the Chicagoland area. She enjoys partnering with local organizations, strengthening community support and connection. Through Spiritchill Wellness, Jasmin designs and curates thoughtfully crafted yoga and wellness events, each focusing on promoting well-being and fostering a sense of belonging.
