Flowers & Sound @ 432Hz

I'm back outdoors with a peaceful afternoon of flowers, sound healing, and mindful connection at Sur La Brea Park in Torrance.

We will begin the gathering by creating a beautiful floral bouquet . This hands on activity invites creativity, intention, and a moment to connect with ones inner self.

After our floral ritual, we will settle in for a Reiki infused chakra sound bath under the open sky. You will relax on your blanket while listening through Bluetooth headphones as the healing tones of my crystal sound bowls tuned to 432 Hz guide you into a deeply calming and restorative experience. Each bowl corresponds to a chakra in the body, helping support energetic balance, relaxation, and inner alignment.

This gathering is designed to be intimate and restorative, allowing you to slow down, connect with nature, and welcome the new season with intention.
