Join Frequency Flow Haus at the newly renovated Noblesville Township Community Center for a special Full Moon Sound Journey beneath the energy of May’s Flower Moon — the first of two full moons in May!The Flower Moon arrives in a season of blossoming, emotional healing, and the release of what no longer serves us. Its energy clears the path for new patterns, new possibilities, and a renewed sense of self.
During this Sound Journey, we’ll focus on gently letting go of what no longer serves us so we can create space for all that this new cycle is ready to bring forward.
A moment to reset.
A moment to soften.
A moment to bloom.
Come as you are — leave a little lighter.
To honor our flower moon, lavender neck pillows and infused weighted eye masks will be available for use and don't forget your infused chilled tea on your way out!
Please remember to bring your yoga mat as this event does take place on the floor. If lying on the floor isn't comfortable for you, chairs are welcome.
