As the season comes into full bloom, take a moment to pause at our Flower Moon Sound Bath. ššThis time of year reflects things coming into bloom and the early results of what youāve been working toward. Itās a natural point to pause, take it in, and reset before moving forward.
This session is designed to help you slow down, reset, and settle your nervous system through calming sound, gentle guidance, and quiet rest. Itās a simple way to step out of the busyness of your week and give your body and mind a chance to recharge.
āØ All props are provided, but feel free to bring extra pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you get comfortable.
šļø Bring a journal and pen for a short reflection period (weāll have extras if needed).
šµ Hot tea will be available.
No experience neededājust come as you are and get comfortable.
