May is the month of flowers, especially here in Alabama. Everywhere you look something is in bloom. This is why the full moon in May is known as the Flower Moon.Let's explore the empowering energies of this Flower Moon and experience the sacred time for blossoming and awakening. The theme is rebirth and renewal.
Melody and Jessica are teaming up for a lovely evening of somatic yoga and a sound bath.
Sound baths have been known to reduce stress and anxiety while helping with focus and clarity.
Somatic yoga helps with emotional awareness and trauma healing.
Come dressed in comfy clothes that you can move freely in and also relax in. We have a limited number of yoga mats to share but feel free to bring one if you like. We practice barefoot but yoga socks or other socks with grippy bottoms are ok.
