Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, we'll guide you through every step of the process to ensure you have beautiful, blooming flowers all season long!
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- How to start and transplant flowers that thrive in Virginia’s
climate
- Tips for growing armfuls of stunning blooms all year
- Hands-on instruction on planting seeds and caring for them
properly
What’s Included:
- Your own seed starting kit with a tray, insert, and humidity
dome to take home
- 8 varieties of seeds to plant together: Zinnias, Sunflowers,
Marigolds, Dahlias, Celosia, Gomphrena, Cosmos, and Basil
- A notebook and pen to jot down tips and tricks
- Light refreshments to enjoy during the class

- We’ll be working with soil, so be ready to get a little messy!
- Our event space is semi-unheated, so please dress
appropriately for the weather.
- There is no bathroom on premises, so please plan
