Flower Full Moon Beach Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath

Bring a friend and enjoy a slow flow under the Scorpio flower full moon on Atlantic Beach (Atlantic Blvd Entrance). Join Christa on Friday, May 1st at 7 PM for a slow, relaxing yoga flow designed for deep transformation and releasing what no longer serves—ending with a soothing sound bath during savasana as the ocean waves roll in.

This class is open to all levels and is the perfect way to celebrate the full moon with community, connection, and clarity.
