Flower Essences: An Interactive Kids' Workshop w/ Lena Moon

Come explore the wondrous world of flower essences! In this hour-long interactive workshop designed for children, we will explore how flowers energetically support our well-being. We will listen to flower stories, color flower art, and make our own flower essence blend to take home.

Flower essences (not to be confused with essential oils) are purely vibrational preparations. Therefore, they are extremely safe! They are a hidden powerhouse in therapeutic work with children. They have a profound effect on sensitive people, especially children, who have an innate curiosity and fascination with them.

About the facilitator:

Lena Moon is a certified flower essence practitioner through the Northeast Flower Essence Collaborative (2013) and a trained facilitator of Partnership Energy Technique, an energy-work process developed by David Dalton of Delta Gardens using flower essences. With over a decade of experience, Lena blends herbal wisdom, subtle energy work, and intuitive guidance to support clients in emotional, ancestral, and somatic healing. She has worked closely, in a variety of roles, with children and youth of all ages for over 30 years.
