Gather outdoors in community to explore flowers' unique abilities to heal, uplift and restore us.
About this Event

Join Denver-based herbalists Cady Jo Patterson of Hearthfire Herbalism and Liz Faermark of Talk Wild Herbs for a relaxing evening communing with friends and flowers.

Flower essences are a type of herbal medicine that captures a flower's energetic frequency and suspends it in spring water. Unlike other types of herbal medicine (teas, capsules, etc.) essences are subtle and safe; they act on the mental, emotional and soul layers of the self as opposed to the body's physiology alone. Essences are often used to bring negative, challenging, or unproductive patterns of belief and behavior back into balance to create more peace and ease in one's life.

Flower Essence Proving Club is a collective study experiment where we take a flower essence together without knowing anything about it: what it's for, who it helps, or its expressions of balance/imbalance. Then we take time to feel, reflect and digest our individual experiences, and then share them together in discussion to see if we can find the threads that tie our experience together.

If you've ever asked yourself: how the heck does anybody figure out what to use a certain essence for? THIS is how! Provings are a way to empower ourselves and each other to trust the truly magical ways that plants communicate with us.

Come gather once a month with fellow plant people to get out of your head and into your feels! Sign up for one, or join us for all.
