Immerse yourself in nature as you enjoy a time of “flower bathing” (a twist on forest bathing) at Caddy's Garden.
Nature therapy is a practice that supports health and wellness through guided immersion in natural environments. During this guided walk, you will receive a sequence of invitations that encourage you to slow down, to be present, and to engage with nature through all of your senses, in any way that feels right for you. There is no prescribed outcome; each person's experience is shaped by their unique response to encounters with the natural world.

Max 12 participants
We will meet at 8:30 at Aligned Wellness, and then head up to Caddy's Garden by 9 a.m. The event will end at 11:30 with a return pickup of participants. Transportation to the event included!
