Flow Yoga + Sound Bath

Join us for a unique yoga experience designed to help you unwind and reconnect. We’ll start with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to release tension and help you settle into your body. From there, we’ll move into stillness with a relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, designed to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.

Bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy - like a bolster or blocks - to help support you through the session. Pillows, eye pillows, blankets, etc. are a great addition to make your sound bath experience extra comfy! Each ticket includes one complimentary drink from the bar to enjoy after class. Stick around to sip, relax, and connect with others in a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere.
