Looking to elevate your yoga practice or start something new? 🧘🏻‍♀️ Join us for Flow Yoga, a weekly class series in the gorgeous upstairs loft at LYV Fitness studio in Palm Desert. This all-levels class is designed to help you strengthen your body, focus your mind, and feel amazing inside and out. Whether you're a yoga newbie or a seasoned yogi, this class is for YOU.
