Come and Flow with me on Escrick Village Green where I take you through a specific practice to focus on the strength and support of your back and core using blocks. It’s a Block Party!! With all the good weather, many of us have been out in the garden and now have the low back tightness and tension to prove it! I will take you through a therapeutic practice to ease out the tightness or any low back pain so even if you’ve never been to any of my classes before, never done yoga before…you will benefit greatly and are always welcome. Come along and join our community. We are a friendly group, of all levels, abilities as well as various limitations/issues! I always offer modifications as well as lots of options to really ramp up your practice if you are a seasoned Yogi. I offer plenty of instruction to help you get the most out of the session.
You can just turn up and pay cash or by card but helpful if you can secure your place via my booking page or by scanning the QR code , just so I know numbers. I provide blocks and have spare mats for anyone who doesn’t have their own.
