Join master vinyasa teacher (and DH aerialist) Sara Crosby for 75 minute, flowing vinyasa practice designed to cultivate strength and grace to lift our aerial practice and performance to a whole new level.
In a guided dance around our mats, students explore both the physical and energetic origins of movements, take a peek at why certain shapes make us feel a certain way and explore how to always move from a place of deep intention.
Expect a focus on mirroring typical aerial shapes and focusing on the alignment behind those shapes so that we don't just look good in them, we feel good too!
Some yoga experience would be helpful, but not necessary.

With a background in dance, Sara has been teaching movement for well over half her life. Having studied to earn her 500hr RYT directly with Shiva Rea, the creator of Prana Vinyasa Flow, each class with Sara is a creatively fluid and deeply intentional exploration of the body and breath in space - a full experience for the senses.
And once she discovered (and fell in love with) aerial yoga, Sara quickly added it to her offerings, creating more opportunities for students to dance with their breath, trust their strength and invite lightness into their hearts.
After offering a number of immersive local yoga retreats, Sara officially launched EndlessOM in 2021 as a way to merge the rich offerings of a yoga festival with the deep healing of a yoga retreat. Her annual Retreat Festivals bring together some of the DC area's top teachers and healers for an endless exploration of yoga, meditation, art, music, nature and community.
And now, her goal is to merge all of that vibrancy with the ease and convenience of a local yoga studio as she launches the EndlessOM Yoga and Aerial studio in January 2025!
