Across two immersive hours you’ll travel through a carefully crafted arc designed to awaken, shake loose, lift, and settle the inner self. Expect a blend of conscious breathwork, dynamic qigong, primal shaking, live drumming, and a deep musical wave that carries you into ecstatic flow.
The Journey includes:
• Grounding arrival ritual to open the space
• Breathwork to shift awareness and activate inner energy
• Somatic warm-up blending qigong, yoga and intuitive movement
• Shaking + drum activation to break stagnation and ignite the body
• Ecstatic Dance main wave — rising, peaking, dissolving
