FLOW WITH INTENTION: A Grounding Yoga Experience

Join us at the Konscious Community Center for Flow With Intention—a soulful yoga class designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and inner stillness.

This beginner-to-intermediate flow blends intentional movement, conscious breathwork, and heart-centered presence to help you release stress, restore balance, and cultivate deeper alignment in your mind, body, and spirit.

Led by Jacinda, a highly trained yoga teacher with over 555 hours of certification and Level 1 Yoga Therapy credentials, this class is accessible to all levels, with modifications offered throughout. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is a space to show up exactly as you are.

🌿 Grounding and energizing asana (postures)

🧺 Please bring a yoga mat & water. Mats are available on request.
