Join me for a deeply restorative afternoon of mindful movement, breath and iRest® dream meditation.
This two-hour workshop offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter the liminal space — the threshold between awake and asleep where helpful brainwaves can be accessed.
We’ll begin with a slow, embodied movement practice designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system and prepare both body and mind for deep rest.
From there, I’ll guide you through an extended iRest® meditation, developed by Dr Richard Miller. In this dream-like state, the mind becomes quieter and more receptive, creating the conditions for creativity, emotional processing, nervous system regulation and deep restoration.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking greater calm or simply want to find the space to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers time to pause, reset and restore.
Suitable for all levels of experience.

About Christina
Christina is a Senior Yoga Teacher, certified by the iRest Institute to teach the iRest® protocol, and is currently completing an MFA in Creative Practice (Dance & Somatics) at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. With over 30 years’ experience in movement, yoga and somatic practice, she creates welcoming spaces that support deep rest, resilience and embodied wellbeing.
