Flow State- A Chicago Style Stepping Event

✨ It’s Time to Enter Your Flow State. ✨
High Frequency Collective invites you to experience something different.
This isn’t just another stepping set—it’s an atmosphere. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, lose yourself in the music, find your rhythm, and connect with people operating on a higher frequency.
For one unforgettable evening, Boston becomes the meeting place for steppers from near and far. We’re welcoming two incredible guests from the Midwest—award-winning instructors Edward Donaldson (Detroit) and Christa Lee (Chicago), both champions of the world’s largest stepping contest. Recognized on some of the biggest stages in Chicago-style stepping, they’re bringing their talent, energy, and style to Boston for a weekend you won’t want to miss.
We'll also be celebrating Boston's own Tasha Pogue's Birthday!
Expect:
✨Great music curated by DJ Fire
✨ Great vibes
✨ Great people
✨ Elevated energy
✨An Epic Birthday Dance
Whether you’re an experienced stepper or simply love a room filled with positive energy, Flow State is where you want to be.
Private lessons with Ed Donaldson and Christa Lee are available on Friday and Saturday. Space is extremely limited and booked first-come, first-served—message Amber Mercer on Facebook to reserve your lesson before spots are gone.
This is more than an event. It’s the launch of High Frequency Collective—and the beginning of something new.
Boston… are you ready to catch the vibe?
We can’t wait to welcome you into the Flow State.
