Flow Space- Creative Expansion Ceremony

Join Jenergy & Brielle Aguila in a monthly ceremonial vocal activation circle and improv dance.

We will create a safe, sacred container for freestyle singing and rapping, calling upon the aid of plant allies to support our opening.

We also encourage you to bring a journal and pen for any messages and lines you channel that you would like to write down to create a song with. You are welcome to bring any instruments you can, drums and rattles especially will be useful during these activations.

We will explore all this in a way that anyone from any level of experience can enjoy and grow from.

Flow Space is a container created with the intention for us to access the divine flow state, of song and dance together with trust and ease. Flow state is when we are all fully immersed in the eternal now, the present mOment, allowing our energy centers and heart space to be flowing with energy, allowing the blockages to be dissolved into the oneness of connection. Flow space is where we celebrate the flow state side by side , through freestyle rapping , improv singing, songwriting & contact and improv dance!

We will call upon cacao and other sacred plant allies to assist in our flow. ...

About the facilitators:

-Jenergy (Jen Mirambeau) is an Artist, "Wild Womban", Freedom Activator, Dance Channeler & Fire Dance Prayerformer. Her passion is providing safe and fun spaces for people to be vulnerable and to love and accept all parts of ourselves so we can move past the vibrational contractions of shame, fear and guilt so we may breakthrough any blockages and reach new levels of love, creation & artistry.

-Brielle Águila is a medicine musician who channels her own medicine songs that she prayerforms at a variety of ceremonies, festivals and gatherings. These songs are her way of transmuting pain into beauty and strength and inspiring others to do the same. She also is deeply connected to freestyle singing and rapping, being an open vessel for Great Spirit to send divine messages and reminders through in the form of music that is in the present mOment. She is passionate about aiding people in becoming fully present in the eternal now to allow their heart to express fully and authentically in order to heal and integrate and rise into their highest selves. Her prayer is for us to walk strong in our earth walk with respect and in reciprocity with all of our relations and she feels music is the Avenue for us to awaken to this interconnection of all life.
