Join F.L.O.W. – Pilates on the Go! for a 45-minute, all-levels Pilates class led by professional instructor Dinee at Back Pew Brewing.

Our class begins promptly at 11:00 AM and ends at 11:45 AM, leaving plenty of time to relax afterward. Your registration includes one complimentary beer token, so after class you’re invited to stay, unwind, and enjoy a refreshing cold beer while connecting with others in the community.

Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Age Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following:

Eligibility

I certify that I am 21 years of age or older on the date of this event. I understand that a valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon arrival by Back Pew Brewing Company before any alcoholic beverage is served. No refunds will be issued for failure to meet the age requirement.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, illness, heart-related events, dehydration, and other serious injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and understand that it is my responsibility to exercise within my own physical limitations. If I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, I will immediately stop participating and seek medical attention if necessary.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns, voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Back Pew Brewing Company
• Back Pew Brewing Company’s owners, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and representatives
• F.L.O.W. – Pilates on the Go!
• Jasmine (“Jazz”), Event Coordinator
• Dinee, Pilates Instructor
• Club Pilates, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates (to the extent applicable)

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, or injuries arising out of or relating to my participation in this event, including claims resulting from the ordinary negligence of any released party, to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Alcohol Acknowledgment

I understand that my registration includes one complimentary beer token. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own decisions regarding alcohol consumption before, during, and after the event. I agree not to participate while impaired and release all released parties from any liability arising from my consumption of alcohol or any decisions I make after consuming alcohol.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during this event. By attending, I grant permission for F.L.O.W. – Pilates on the Go!, Back Pew Brewing Company, Club Pilates, and their marketing partners to use my image or likeness for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

Refund Policy

I understand that all ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Electronic Signature

By completing my Eventbrite registration and purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Age Acknowledgment, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all of its terms. I understand that my electronic registration and payment constitute my legally binding electronic signature.
