Find your flow by the river. Join a peaceful 2-hour stroll through open grasslands and quiet woods to the tranquil banks of the Elm Fork.
As we come to the end of the year, nature reminds us to slow down and trust the flow. This session invites you to pause by the river and reflect on how life’s current moves—sometimes gently, sometimes with force, always forward.

Through guided Nature Therapy invitations, you’ll explore what it feels like to release resistance and allow things to unfold naturally.

Expect a calm afternoon by the water, connecting with your senses, your breath, and the soothing rhythm of nature.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and ready to flow into the new year with ease and trust.
Ticket price: $35
Meet: LEELA Nature Preserve. Once you have passed the entrance (note there is a $5 entrance/parking fee), continue driving until the end of the road.

Who: Adults and mature youth, due to the slow and therapeutic nature of the program.

What to Expect: We will walk at a slow, mindful pace for about one mile. After a short introduction to Nature and Forest Therapy, I’ll guide you through a series of invitations designed to help you reconnect with nature, yourself, and the community. After each invitation, we’ll take a moment to share and reflect. The walk will culminate with a tea ceremony and light snack.

Bring: Water, walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, insect repellent, and a sitting pad or towel.

Weather: If weather conditions prevent us from holding the event, or if the trail is closed, I will either relocate, reschedule, or refund your ticket. You may also transfer your ticket to another date.
