This event is a treat for the soul! A way for you to relax, wind down and recharge. Give yourself a well deserved day of Yoga, breathwork and sound journey.
Joanne Ewen will treat you with a mindful, energising vinyasa practice suitable for all levels. After a short break with tea and nibbles, Kat Aydin will guide you through a deeply relaxing, meditative Yoga Nap practice combined with breath work and all-level friendly Restorative yoga poses combined with a sound bath for a deeply relaxing savasana.
