Join us for a 75-minute yoga journey designed to harmonize movement and relaxation. In the first half, we'll engage in a dynamic flow, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and energy. The second half will invite you to slow down with gentle stretches, ending in a restorative posture with hands-on assists, allowing your body and mind to unwind. Whether you're looking to build vitality or find deep relaxation, this class will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed and renewed.
Suitable for all levels. Props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Accessible for all levels.
Workshop will be held at Communal Studio 1645 Park Pl Blvd, St Louis Park (The Shops at West End). Following the workshop, Jenn will be headed to Punch Bowl Social for music bingo and she'd love to have you join her!
